2.2. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products purchased per person, per household, or per order.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax), unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Payment for goods and services is due at the time of order placement. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment options.
3.3. YDU Holdings Pty Ltd strives to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, but errors may occur. In the event of an error, we will notify you and allow you the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel your order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We offer various shipping options, and the estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4.2. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. These charges will be displayed at checkout.
4.3. YDU Holdings Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party couriers or postal services. Once the goods are in the possession of the shipping provider, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer.
5. Warranty
5.1. All products sold by YDU Holdings Pty Ltd are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the manufacturer.
5.2. YDU Holdings Pty Ltd does not cover the costs of lost time, wages, or any consequential losses incurred while removing, replacing, or repairing defective parts.
5.3. The warranty is void if the product is not installed by a qualified workshop.
5.4. Warranty claims must be submitted in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty process. Customers are encouraged to contact us for assistance with the warranty claim process.
5.5. To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and, where applicable, documentation regarding the defect.
5.6. If the manufacturer determines that the product is defective, YDU Holdings Pty Ltd will, at its discretion, either replace the item or refund the purchase price.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. YDU Holdings Pty Ltd accepts returns for faulty products in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is found to be defective, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
6.2. If the product is not defective and you simply change your mind, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless specifically stated at the time of purchase.
6.3. To return an item, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
